The method comprises the following steps of establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the current rated output power and the current numeric field mean value threshold value; when the set rated output power is smaller than the current rated output power, determining a difference between the set rated output power and the current rated output power; determining a new numeric field mean value threshold value according to the current numeric field mean value threshold value and the difference; and respectively storing the set rated output power and the new numeric field mean value threshold value as the current rated output power and the current numeric field mean value threshold value. According to the method and the system, output of the rated output power of a power amplified is dynamically adjusted (the rated output power can be moderately reduced) without any adjustment and change of a hardware link according to the actual needs, so that the system can reuse the power amplifiers with the different rated output power conveniently.
