2 results about "Skin rolling" patented technology

Skin rolling is a process of releasing these knots so that the physical skin can flow efficiently over the body. The technique uses the thumb and fingers to pull the skin away from the body. Then, keeping a continuous forward motion with the thumb, the skin is gently rolled in a uniform direction to separate it from any muscles that may be stuck.

A mechanism for rolling rotten skin

This invention relates to the field of tofu skin processing equipment, and particularly to a tofu skin rolling mechanism, comprising a disc frame, a guide assembly, and a rolling drum. The disc frame is evenly distributed with clamping assemblies driven to rotate by a chain drive assembly. Each clamping assembly includes a sleeve rotatably connected to a fixed base. The sleeve has a sprocket A, and two parallel-opening and closing clamping handles at its front end. The chain drive assembly includes a chain rotatably mounted on a mounting beam. A fan-shaped plate is located at the front end of the mounting beam, and several rollers coaxially arrayed relative to the disc frame are rotatably connected to the fan-shaped plate. These rollers are used to tension the chain. The chain on one side of each roller meshes with sprocket A. The guide assembly includes an arc-shaped guide groove. By cooperating with sprocket A and the guide groove, the tofu skin can be pre-rolled and formed, preventing scratches and damage upon entering the rolling drum. The parallel opening and closing of the clamping handles prevents the tofu skin roll from being stretched open, thereby improving the overall quality of the tofu skin roll.
