These rollers are used to tension the chain. The chain on one side of each roller meshes with sprocket A. The guide assembly includes an arc-shaped guide groove. By cooperating with sprocket A and the guide groove, the tofu skin can be pre-rolled and formed, preventing scratches and damage upon entering the rolling drum. The parallel opening and closing of the clamping handles prevents the tofu skin roll from being stretched open, thereby improving the overall quality of the tofu skin roll.
