Compared with the conventional method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the low-temperature mechanical properties of the viscoelastic material can be quantitatively forecasted, and the advantages and disadvantages of uniaxial tension mechanical properties of the viscoelastic material can be quantitatively assessed.
