According to the technical scheme of the invention, based on the filtering effect of the single optical filter, the frequency equalization of the optical signal is realized, while the requirement on the bandwidths of transmitting and receiving devices is lowered. The spectrum shaping effect of the single optical filter also solves the chirp problem during the direct signal-modulation process. In this way, a direct modulation laser still enables the long-distance optical fiber transmission during the modulation process of the high-speed signal. The system cost is effectively reduced.
