wireless diagnostic method based on a vehicle controller safety architecture. The method includes: performing HSM
verification on a
mobile app's
wireless diagnostic connection request via the motorcycle's VCM to establish a bidirectional data
communication channel; sending the
mobile app's private protocol diagnostic commands to the motorcycle VCM via the bidirectional data
communication channel; performing protocol mapping and UDS conversion on the private protocol diagnostic commands via the motorcycle VCM to generate a UDS diagnostic request message; sending the UDS diagnostic request message to the target ECU via the motorcycle VCM, causing the target ECU to perform corresponding diagnostics based on the UDS diagnostic request message; and performing private protocol conversion and
encryption on the target ECU's UDS diagnostic response data via the motorcycle VCM, and sending it back to the
mobile app via the bidirectional data
communication channel to obtain the motorcycle
wireless diagnostic result. This invention can reduce the cost of motorcycle wireless diagnostics and ensure the real-time performance and accuracy of motorcycle diagnostics.
