The separation mechanism comprises an air source control box, a partial pressure box, a rotating shaft rotatably penetrating the partial pressure box, a rotating pillar connected with the lower end of the rotating shaft, and an adsorption piece arranged at the lower end of the rotating pillar. The rotating pillar is provided with a through hole communicated with a positive-pressure chamber or a negative-pressure chamber of the partial pressure box. The adsorption piece is provided with a cavity communicated with the through hole. An adsorption hole is formed in the bottom of the horizontal cavity wall of the cavity. The feeding mechanism comprises a material plate arranged below the separation mechanism, and when the adsorption hole of the adsorption piece is located above the material plate, the cavity is communicated with the negative-pressure chamber. The receiving mechanism comprises a receiving piece arranged below the separation mechanism.
