Abstract

The invention aims to provide an active and passive double-layer vibration isolator based on a piezoelectric stack, which consists of a piezoelectric stack actuator, an electromagnetic damper and the like. An output rod of the piezoelectric stack actuator is connected and ejected to a middle mass through a bolt during working; and the tail part of the actuator and a vibration isolating object are fixed through a connecting bolt to transfer reactive force. Meanwhile, after direct current passes through a coil, a magnetic flux loop is formed between a primary iron core and back iron. The middle mass drives a cylindrical shell type conductor plate at the lower end and the back iron to move in a magnetic field so as to generate an eddy current in the conductor plate. Finally, mechanical energy generated by vibration dissipates heat generated by the eddy current into air. The active and passive double-layer vibration isolator can reduce the vibration transfer of equipment to a foundation in a wider frequency-domain range, and effectively makes up the conditions of narrow frequency-domain control range of a traditional passive vibration isolator and weak low-frequency effect of the piezoelectric stack actuator.
