Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, most of the microcapsule slow-release pesticides use polyurethane as the wall material, but the preparation process of microcapsule slow-release pesticides using polyurethane as the wall material requires the use of harmful solvents such as lower alcohols, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbons, which increases the environmental pressure; and the The biodegradability of pesticides is poor, which will cause the release of active ingredients of pesticides to be unstable or not released, and the expected effect cannot be achieved; and there are also problems such as complicated preparation process and low preparation content.

preparation example Construction

[0029] The preparation method of embodiment 1~5 and comparative example 1~5 is as follows:

[0030] 1) After mixing polyols, biomaterials, pesticide active ingredients, thickeners, emulsifiers, and dispersants, cut them with a high-speed shear for 5-20 minutes, add them to a sand mill, and grind them to a particle size of D 90 ≤10μm, obtain polyol preparatory solution A;

[0031] 2) After adding silicon surfactant, hardener, catalyst and foaming agent to the polyol preparatory solution A, stir vigorously for 8 seconds to 10 minutes to obtain the polyol preparatory solution B;

[0032] 3) Add the polyisocyanate to the polyol preparatory solution B, stir evenly, and let stand to foam for 1min to 24h;

[0033] 4) After the mixed solution no longer foams, cut the obtained microporous spongy foam containing pesticide active ingredients into a regular shape to obtain a microporous spongy slow-release pesticide block.

Abstract

The invention discloses a microporous sponge slow-releasing pesticide block and a preparation method thereof. The pesticide block is prepared from, by weight, 0.1-15% of pesticide active components, 30-50% of polyisocyanates, 25-45% of polyol, 5-30% of biological materials, 0.1-5% of a thickening agent, 1-12% of an emulsifying agent, 0.5-4% of a dispersing agent, 0.2-2% of silicon surfactant, 0.2-2% of a hardening agent, 0.1-1% of catalyst and 5-14.5% of a foaming agent. By means of the microporous sponge slow-releasing pesticide block, pesticide releasing time can be adjusted according to incidence characteristics of crop disease and insect pests. Besides, chitin, cellulose, starch and other biological materials are introduced into a polyurethane foaming material in the pesticide block, biodegradability of the pesticide block can be improved, and environment pollution caused by wall materials is reduced in the pesticide application process. Compared with a traditional pesticide microcapsule suspending agent prepared with polyurethane as the wall materials, the pesticide block has the advantage that use of harmful solvents such as low alcohols, ketones and aromatic solvents is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a microporous sponge-like slow-release pesticide block and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the microcapsule slow-release pesticides use polyurethane as the wall material, but the preparation process of microcapsule slow-release pesticides using polyurethane as the wall material requires the use of harmful solvents such as lower alcohols, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbons, which increases the environmental pressure; and the The biodegradability of pesticides is poor, which will cause the release of active ingredients of pesticides to be unstable or not released, and the expected effect cannot be achieved; and there are also problems such as complicated preparation process and low preparation content. [0003] For this reason, the inventor has conducted a lot of research on slow-release pesticides, and found that the introduction ...
