The method comprises the steps of receiving an account opening request carrying a subscriber number and an eUICC identifier by an eUICC remote management platform; distributing an ICCID for the account opening request in an ICCID number section; sending an authentication parameter distribution request carrying the ICCID and the subscriber number to an operator management platform and receiving an authentication parameter fed back by the operator management platform, wherein the authentication parameter comprises an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number) and an authentication key serial number; generating a complete configuration file based on the authentication parameter and an initial configuration file corresponding to an eUICC identifier; sending account opening parameters required for account opening at a network side to the operator management platform so as to enable the operator management platform to generate an account opening order; and after receiving an order generation success indication sent by the operator management platform, downloading the complete configuration file to the eUICC and activating the complete configuration file.
