Whole genome sequencing is adopted to conduct whole genome re-sequencing on a large amount of individual black bees in the western regions, and the specific genes of the black bees in the western regions are obtained. The genes have an important role on differentiation of the black bees in the western regions and bees in other regions and adaptive evolution on local environments of the western regions. The Fill genes or the Ds genes can be used for identifying black bees in the western regions and other species, can be also used for researching genetic diversity of species resources of the bees, can be further used for researching stress-resistance genes and fill the research blank of domestic scientific researcher in the field of the black bees in the western regions.
