Abstract

The invention discloses a torque metering device comprising a mounting chamber, a piston which is horizontally slidingly arranged inside the mounting chamber, and a sealed grease oil chamber which is formed by enclosure of the end of a first end of the piston and the mounting chamber. The grease oil chamber communicates with a pipeline which feeds grease oil to the grease oil chamber. The pipeline is provided with a pressure measurement member for measuring the pressure inside the grease oil chamber. The end surface of the first end of the piston is provided with a leakage hole which is used for communicating external oil lines to lead grease oil inside the grease oil chamber flowing to the outside. The device also comprises an intermediate gear which is rotationally arranged and produces axial force in the axial direction during operation, wherein the intermediate gear is arranged on the piston for pushing the connected piston travelling horizontally to squeezing the grease oil inside the grease oil chamber. The pressure measurement member measures the pressure inside the grease oil chamber to obtain the value of torque transmitted by the intermediate gear. By use of the torque metering device for measuring toque, the measuring accuracy is high, the signal response speed is fast, and the reliability is high; and the device has simple structure and is easy to maintain.
