Embodiment Construction

[0080] The invention aims to propose an RFID reading and writing system and a reading and writing method capable of improving the RFID reading and writing distance, and solve the problem of short reading and writing distance of the passive RFID system in the traditional technology.

[0081] The RFID system of the present invention is composed of a reader-writer configured with (M+1) antennas and K tags configured with a single antenna. Here M≥1, that is, the RFID readers in the present invention are all aimed at the situation of multiple antennas; and, K≥1, that is, the number of tags in the present invention can be 1 or multiple; as for M and The relation of K, the present invention does not require, all can realize theoretically; For ease of understanding, now the technical term that may involve in the present invention is explained:

[0082] The (forward) wireless channel response between the mth (transmitting) antenna of the reader and the kth tag’s antenna is denoted as h...

Abstract

The invention relates to the radio frequency automatic identification technology of the field of the backscattering communication system, discloses an RFID read-write system capable of enhancing RFID read-write distance and a read-write method thereof, and solves the problems in the prior art that a passive RFID system is short in read-write distance. The RFID read-write method comprises the following steps that a. a reader-writer transmits a pilot signal to a tag; b. the tag backscatters the pilot signal; c. the reader-writer receives the pilot signal backscattered by the tag; d. the reader-writer estimates a backscattering channel; e. the reader-writer transmits an energy beam forming signal to the tag; f. the tag collects radio frequency signal energy; g. the reader-writer transmits an unmodulated carrier signal; h. and the tag transmits information back to the reader-writer through backscattering modulation by utilizing the collected energy. The read-write range of the RFID reader-writer can be greatly enhanced without increasing energy consumption of the transmitting end or increasing complexity of the tag so that the severe defect of restriction of short read-write distance of the RFID system can be effectively solved, and thus the RFID read-write system and the read-write method are suitable for realization of long-distance RFID read-write.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a radio frequency automatic identification (RFID) technology in the field of backscattering communication systems, in particular to an RFID system capable of improving the RFID reading and writing distance, a reading and writing method, and an energy distribution optimization method. Background technique [0002] RFID (RatioFrequencyIdentification) technology is an important non-contact automatic identification technology. It uses radio frequency signals to achieve non-contact two-way data communication through spatial coupling (alternating magnetic field or electromagnetic field), and achieves the purpose of identification through the transmitted information. Compared with traditional automatic identification technology, RFID technology has many advantages, such as non-contact, long-distance, readable and writable, large amount of information, and no need for human interference. [0003] RFID systems generally consist of read...
