The positioning arms are provided with contacting portions which abut against the surrounding portions of the acetabulum, and the abutting foot abuts against the acetabular fossa. When the acetabulum guide plate is assembled on the acetabulum, the axis where the extending direction of the guide hole is located is set through pre-operation planning and coincides with the central axis of the acetabulum.
