Embodiment 1

[0039] (1) Preparation of solid standard reference material suitable for quantitative analysis of lead fluoride crystals by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. First, weigh four parts of high-purity (99.99%) lead oxide (PbO) powder 4g, pour it into four numbered clean beakers, add 0μL, 20μL, 40μL and 80μL to the four powders respectively, with a concentration of 1000mgL -1 The mixed standard solution (concentration of U.S. InorganicVentures company is 1000mgL -1 multi-element mixed standard solution) and 20mL of deionized water (18.25MΩ·cm), then stirred for 20 minutes, soaked for 24 hours, and then placed the beaker on a heating table at 100°C (6h) to obtain a dry powder. Finally, weigh 1.0 g of the dry powder, use a manual tablet press, hold the pressure for 15 seconds under a pressure of 15 MPa, and obtain a disc with a diameter of 1 mm.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring the content and distribution of elements in lead fluoride crystals. The method is used for analyzing the content and distribution of the elements in the lead fluoride crystals by taking a tablet prepared from lead oxide powder and a standard solution as a solid standard reference substance and taking 206Pb in the lead oxide powder as an internal standard element according to a laser corrosion inductance coupling plasma mass spectroscopy. By the adoption of a simple and quick standard sample preparation method, a solid reference substance with stable performance and high uniformity is obtained, and an obtained standard curve is higher in linear relevance, so that a high-purity lead fluoride sample can be quantitatively researched in a distributed manner. The method disclosed by the invention can be directly used for solid sample injection analysis without pre-treatment or preparation of a solid into a solution, and the distribution situation of the elements on the surfaces of the crystals can be also obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of analytical chemistry and relates to a method for analyzing element content and distribution in lead fluoride crystals by using laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Background technique [0002] Lead fluoride crystal is an ideal Cherenkov radiator, but the crystal is easily contaminated by impurities during the growth and storage process, which affects its good performance, segregation of elements and crystal devitrification. Traditional elemental analysis methods (inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy / mass spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry) all need to prepare materials into liquids. Due to the characteristics of high hardness and high density of lead fluoride crystals, it is difficult to prepare them into liquids, and After being prepared into a liquid, only the average content of the elements can be obtained, but the local content of the elements and the distribution of the el...
