The anchor rod body (1) sequentially penetrates through the multiple strip-shaped holes so that the self-expansion steel belt (2) can be in a uniform wave shape. The inner end and the outer end of the self-expansion steel belt (2) are located in the self-expansion steel belt inner bayonet (41) and the self-expansion steel belt outer bayonet (51) respectively.
