The mainstream inlet valve extracts the compressor exhaust. The cooling air system comprises a cooling air inlet valve and a cooling air regulating valve. The cooling air inlet valve extracts the compressor exhaust. The cooling air regulating valve is connected to the turbine blade test section. The cooling water system includes a cooling tower. An outlet of the combustor and an inlet of the exhaust desuperheater are connected to the cooling tower through inflow pipes.
