turbine power plants. Boiler exhaust
smoke heat loss is a main source of power
plant energy efficiency loss. However, equipment such as a
raw water heater and the like has the technical problem of low
raw water temperature. The internal mechanism is as follows: the
viscosity of
raw water is increased and the diffusivity is weakened due to low temperature, the
permeation efficiency of a water film is seriously reduced, the
water production capacity is insufficient, and the long-term and stability of the operation of a unit are restricted, so that part of steam needs to be sacrificed to heat the water film. On the basis, the
smoke waste heat multifunctional heat exchange device is designed,
smoke is used for heating circulating water, the circulating water heats other systems or media through the heat exchange device, meanwhile, the temperature of the device can be controlled through a
temperature control valve, and the temperature can be set and controlled according to the needed temperature of the heated
system. The interior of the device is mainly connected through a
copper pipe, circulating water is introduced into the
copper pipe, smoke flows through the exterior of the
copper pipe, meanwhile, partition plates are arranged in the device for partition according to arrangement, the circulating
water flow is increased, the heat exchange area is increased, the device selectively heats according to the temperature, and
backflow heating can be carried out when the
water temperature is insufficient. After being heated by
flue gas
waste heat, the
flue gas flows into a raw
water heater and an air-conditioning
plate heat exchanger to heat air-conditioning circulating water and feed water at an inlet of an efficient
sedimentation tank, so that the
utilization rate of the
flue gas
waste heat is improved, the power generation cost is reduced, energy is saved, emission is reduced, and
environmental protection is achieved.
