A hollow conduit, being primarily round, or having n sides wherein n is greater than or equal to three, and process for making the conduit is described herein. The hollow conduit is comprised of a polymer inner conduit having a pair of opposed ends and an interior and exterior surface. An overmolded corrugated polymer is bonded between at least a portion of the ends and at least a portion of the exterior surface of the inner conduit. The overmolded polymer has at least one flexible position retaining means at least partially embedded within. The flexible position retaining means within the overmolded polymer may be a metallic wire. The inner conduit may be a thermoset, and the overmolded corrugated plastic may be a thermoplastic.

The present invention generally relates to a bubble package which allows a product to be displayed independently standing alone or hanging from a bracket/shelf, and also provides the ability to separate the paper and plastic portions of the package into at least two separate environmentally recycled portions. The paper based portion of the package operates as a display card and/or as a stiffener. The sides of the one or more display cards are bonded to one another to enclose the product within the plastic and prevent tampering with the product. The plastic portion, in addition to containing and displaying the product therein, optionally incorporates a base near the bottom of the package. The base protrudes from the bottom of the package and secures back onto the plastic portion via a securing mechanism. This arrangement allows the package to stand independent. Optionally, a corrugated plastic insert can be used to provide additional support to the unit. In a typical arrangement, the plastic portions and paper portions avoid being bonded or directly adhered to one another, allowing the card to be entirely separable and allowing for complete environmental recyclability.

The present invention relates to spiral type corrugated plastic pipe material and its preparation method. The perparation method includes following steps: using a first extrusion mechanism to extrudethe fused bar shaped plastic sheet material used as pipe wall material which is wound around the pipe axis in the form of spiral-joint pipe with adjucent edges mutually lap-fused jointed successively, then using a press roller mechanism tightly press the spirally lap-fused joint to form the spiral-joint plastic pipe; similarly, using another extrusion mechanism extrudes corresponding rib type strengthening trapesoidal plastic tube and using the same spiral winding mode to press the said plastic tube on the spiral-joint of the above-mentioned plastic pipe to obtain the said corrugated plastic pipe.

The current invention discloses moisture resistant column forms constructed from corrugated plastic. The forms disclosed herein are lightweight and can be easily assembled at a construction site or remote location. The forms can be positioned over pre-placed sections of reinforcing bars, or sections of reinforcing bars can be placed into a form once it is in position. The forms disclosed in the current invention can be easily removed, but they do not attract insects and therefore do not have to be removed from columns after the concrete has dried. The forms disclosed herein have generally square perimeters when they are assembled and put in place, but after concrete is poured into the form, the side walls will undergo uniform deformation/displacement due to the hydrostatic pressure of the concrete and the resulting column will have a generally circular perimeter. A method of using the forms is also disclosed.

An improved device for male hygiene intended for collection of urine is described. An absorbent pad comprises a polymer that forms a gel upon contact with water, which is enclosed in a water-permeable, corrugated plastic pouch. The pouch is contained, optionally by adhesive, in a flexible stretchable water-impermeable sheath, which in use is placed over at least the glans of the penis. Because of the corrugations, the absorbent pad curls up into a cup shape when it swells upon absorption of urine, maintaining the device in a compact configuration for inconspicuous functioning. The absorbent pad may be supplied separately from the flexible sheath.

A structural panel has one or more face sheets bonded by adhesive layers to a core body having two outer plastic liner sheets fusion-bonded to linear ends of inner plastic truss elements spaced apart with open spaces therebetween extending in a plane direction of the plastic liner sheets. The sheet-to-sheet adhesive bonding provides a high-strength laminate bonding that is very resistant to delamination, simple and inexpensive, and can be carried out by a preferred continuous sheet bonding technique. The all-plastic core body is highly resistant to moisture attack, and the open spaces between truss elements provide flexibility to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. The truss construction of the core body provides high compressive and shear strength, while minimizing the amount of material required to be used. In one preferred embodiment, two metal face sheets are used, and the core body has plastic liner sheets fusion-bonded to a corrugated plastic core sheet. The corrugated plastic core sheet can be formed by a continuous plastic extrusion technique. Diagonal plastic webs or perpendicular plastic I-beams may also be used for the truss elements. Another preferred embodiment has two metal face sheets bonded to two plastic core bodies which in turn are bonded to a center foam core layer. Corrugated plastic pipe sections having a flanged end formed by a circumferential portion of an end corrugation or section of the pipe liner and a method and kit for joining flanged end corrugated plastic pipe sections are described in a system in which a portion of the end corrugation or pipe liner forms a flange and a peripheral flange clamp straddles flanges and draws the flanges together to provide a structurally sound joint. A gasket may be interposed between flanges or the flange periphery and the clamp. A portable shelter made from two corrugated plastic sheets. Each sheet has score lines that define a floor panel, two wall panels, and two roof panels. The two sheets are overlapped, and the panels are bent along the score lines to form the walls and roof. Each panel is secured to the adjacent panel with tabs and seam members to form standing seams that are secured by fasteners. An opening in the roof provides ventilation, while a cap over the opening blocks precipitation from entering.
