The system comprises a current detecting element, an anode contactor, a cathode contactor, a precharging contactor, a precharging resistor, a protection capacitor and a whole vehicle controller. In electrification, the whole vehicle controller controls the cathode contactor and the precharging contactor to close to charge the precharging resistor and the protection capacitor; and when a current value of high-pressure power supply is higher than or equal to a first threshold, the anode contactor is closed. In power failure, when the current value of high-pressure power supply is lower than or equal to a second threshold, the whole vehicle controller controls the cathode contactor to be cut off. When the contactors are closed and cut off, the system can solve the problem of burn down of the contactors or explosion accidents caused by high current, and improves the safety of a vehicle electric system.
