Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electronic communication, discloses a dual-mode device and a synchronous communication realizing method thereof. The dual-mode device is equipped with a dual-mode protocol stack scheduling mechanism; the mechanism is used for uniformly scheduling the transmission events of a Bluetooth protocol stack and a ZigBee protocol stack. The method comprises following steps: taking the dual-mode device as a slave device to finish pairing with a Bluetooth master device; after taking the dual-mode device as a control device to pair with a ZigBee target device, maintaining Bluetooth connection by the dual-mode device according to a preset interval; and processing information exchange with the ZigBee target device by the dual-mode device in every Bluetooth connection interval. Compared with the prior art, in adoption of the device and the method provided by the invention, intelligent devices support two kinds of communication protocols; the interaction between the intelligent devices using two different wireless standards is realized; and the communication efficiency of a network simultaneously equipped with the Bluetooth and ZigBee devices is greatly improved.
