Problems solved by technology

[0002] In the current municipal construction, the pipe jacking technology is used in the rain and sewage pipeline project. The technology is relatively mature, but it can only be used to make large-diameter pipes, and it cannot solve the construction of small-diameter branch pipes.
At present, projects with small pipe diameters such as 400mm can only use road excavation and buried pipe technology, but this technology damages the road surface, causes a lot of dust, destroys the surrounding environment, and affects traffic, resulting in more congestion in crowded big cities
After the burial, the road surface needs to be repaired, which greatly increases the cost and affects people's livelihood

Embodiment Construction

[0011] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments, where the exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are used to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0012] This embodiment provides a non-excavation method for cable tying and pipe arrangement, which includes the following steps:

[0013] Step 1, digging and setting up working wells and receiving wells. A working well and a receiving well are respectively dug at both ends of the section where pipelines need to be laid. After digging, channel steel is used to reinforce the working well and the receiving well.

[0014] Step 2: Drill the pilot hole. First, the minimally invasive trenchless drilling equipment is erected in the working well and fixed, then the minimally invasive trenchless drilling equipment is started, and the pilot drill is used to drill in the direction of the receiving well until the dr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-excavation cable laying and pipe arranging method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a working well and a receiving well are excavated; secondly, minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment is erected in the working well, and a guide bit is used for conducting drilling towards the receiving well till the bit penetrates into the receiving well; thirdly, the guide bit of the minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment is detached, a pull-back reamer of a preset specification is installed on a drill rod of the minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment, and then the minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment is started and pulls the pull-back reamer backwards for pull-back reaming till the pull-back reamer moves to the working well in the reaming process; and fourthly, (1) the pull-back reamer is detached, the minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment is started, and the drill rod is made to penetrate into the receiving well; (2) a tube push bench is arranged in the receiving well; (3) a cement pipe is placed into the receiving well, the drill rod is sleeved with the cement pipe, and a pipe dragging device is installed; and (4) the minimally-invasive non-excavation drilling equipment is started for backward pulling, the cement pipe is dragged through the pipe dragging device, and the tube push bench is started at the same time so that the cement pipe can be pushed into a hole till the cement pipe is dragged and pushed to a preset position.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a non-excavation construction technology for laying pipes for cables, in particular to a small-diameter pipe laying technology for branch pipes in rain and sewage diversion projects. Background technique [0002] In the current municipal construction, the pipe jacking technology is used in the rain and sewage pipeline project. The technology is relatively mature, but it can only be used to make large-diameter pipes, and it cannot solve the construction of small-diameter branch pipes. At present, projects with small pipe diameters such as 400mm can only adopt road surface excavation and buried pipe technology, but this technology damages the road surface, causes a lot of dust, damages the surrounding environment, and affects traffic, resulting in more congestion in crowded cities. After the burial, the road surface needs to be repaired, which greatly increases the cost and affects people's livelihood. Contents of the invention...
