Abstract

The invention discloses a detection tool used for the fatigue test of an automobile control arm ball pin. The detection tool comprises a top plate, two side plates, a supporting plate and three driving units. The two side plates are perpendicularly connected so as to form an "L"-shaped framework. The top plate and the supporting plate are arranged in the corner of the "L"-shaped framework in parallel from the top to the bottom in turn, and the top plate and the supporting plate are perpendicular to the side plates. The middle part of the top plate is provided with a guide hole. The middle part of the supporting plate is provided with an installing hole. The external wall of each side plate is provided with a slide "U"-shaped fork, and the two of the driving units can be connected with the slide "U"-shaped forks. The automobile control arm ball pin can be fixed in the installing hole. One driving unit of the three driving units can penetrate through the guide hole so as to apply loading force to the automobile control arm ball pin in a vertical direction.
