The storage tank is characterized in that a groove is formed in the bottom of the inner side wall of the outer tank body; the bottom of the groove is inclined to one end; one end with lower height of the bottom of the groove is connected with a transparent observation pipe; and the lower end of the transparent observation pipe penetrates through the bottom of the outer tank body to extend outside. A vacuumizing port and an intake port are formed in the outer tank body; the vacuumizing port is connected with a vacuumizing device through a pipe; a vacuumizing valve is arranged on the section of pipe; the intake port is connected with a gas generation device through a pipe; and an intake valve is arranged on the section of pipe.
