The system can comprise a liquid storage unit, a pressure intensity control unit, a temperature control unit, an image acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein the liquid storage unit can contain liquid to be measured and a float with the density similar to that of the liquid to be measured and can be sealed; the pressure intensity control unit controls the pressure intensity of the liquid t be measured; the temperature control unit controls the temperature of the liquid to be measured; the image acquisition unit acquires the motion state of the float; and the processing unit obtains the compressibility coefficient ratio of the liquid to be measured under constant entropy and constant temperature condition according to the pressure intensity of the float in the fluid to be measured under different motion states, wherein the pressure intensity control unit and the temperature control unit control the pressure intensity and the temperature of the liquid to be measured, so that the float is in different motion states.
