Abstract

A rotor structure with a gas releasing sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. First, a first cover body, a second cover body, multiple silicon steel sheets and at least one gas releasing sheet are prepared; second, multiple metal core rods are connected to the first cover body; third, the silicon steel sheets and the gas releasing sheet are stacked on the first cover body to make the metal core rod penetrate through fixing parts, wherein the gas releasing sheet is arranged between the silicon steel sheets, a second rotating shaft part of the gas releasing sheet corresponds to first rotating shaft parts of the silicon steel sheets, and gas releasing parts of the gas releasing sheet surround die-casting parts and the fixing parts of the silicon steel sheets; fourth, multiple pieces of metal die-casting material are respectively arranged in the die-casting parts; and finally, the second cover body is connected to the tops of the silicon steel sheets, wherein gas produced in the previous step is released to the external space through gas releasing holes of the gas releasing sheet.
