The experiment method includes following steps: piling upper rock and lower rock in an up-down manner; forming a plurality of through holes in the upper rock, wherein the upper surface of the lower rock comprises a contact area and an experiment concave area which is surrounded by the contact area, an upper experiment concave area is lower than the contact area horizontally, the surface of the experiment concave area is a rock rough surface with certain roughness, and positions of the through holes of the upper rock are all within a range corresponding to the experiment concave area of the lower rock; enabling water flow to flow into the experiment concave area of the lower rock through the through holes of the upper rock to form a water flow passing area and to flow out of the upper rock from the inside of the experiment concave area; adopting a flow monitor and a water pressure sensor to acquire permeation experiment parameters. By using the experiment method, the technical problem that existing methods are inaccurate in testing result is solved, and accurate measuring of rough surface permeability of fracture rock can be realized.
