Design manufacturing and application of a triaxial penetration tester of the invention breaks through the limitation of permeability coefficient testing in Standard for soil test method GB/T50123-1999 and Specification of soil test SL237-014-1999. According to the invention, the tester is designed based on a varying-head principle; with water head with a height of up to 47 m provided by an air compressor, a constant head can be used to process the test results. Coarse grained soil and fine grained soil can be calculated both by a constant head and by a varying head, and the results are of the same order of magnitude and are quite close to each other. The tester of the invention comprises an air compressor, a penetration tester frame, a triaxial penetration pressure chamber, a liquid level sensor, a test data collector and a receiver, a data processing software, and a computer. Data are read on-line, are stored automatically, and samples of 10-9 cm/s or lower can be tested. The tester of the invention can test permeability coefficients of undisturbed soil, disturbed soil, and additive mixtures of soil and cement. The sample preparation method is simple and practical; the test is rapid and convenient, and covers the application fields which require permeability coefficient testing in soil mechanics or materials science.

The invention discloses a geomembrane gas inflation test device, belonging to the field of hydraulic engineering. The geomembrane gas inflation test device comprises an on-geomembrane equipment container and a below-geomembrane equipment container communicated with the on-geomembrane equipment container, wherein a geomembrane body material to be tested is located between the on-geomembrane equipment container and the below-geomembrane equipment container and used for separating a channel, the on-geomembrane equipment container internally stores upper media for simulating an on-geomembrane environment, the below-geomembrane equipment container is filled with lower media for simulating a below-geomembrane environment, and the bottom of the on-geomembrane equipment container is provided witha first pipe valve interface communicated with a testing system and a second pipe valve interface communicated with a test water source supply device; the bottom of the below-geomembrane equipment container is provided with a third pipe valve interface communicated with the testing system and a fourth pipe valve interface communicated with a drainage system; and a top cover is provided with an air exhaust or water drainage valve. The geomembrane gas inflation test device can be used for conveniently carrying out a membrane material gas inflation destructive test, a membrane material air permeability test and penetration tests before and after membrane material gas inflation destruction.

Multi-field precursor information evolution test device and test method for large-size fractured rock rectangular cavity water inrush

The invention discloses a multi-field precursor information evolution test device and test method for a large-size fractured rock rectangular cavity water inrush and relates to the field of rock mechanics and pressure-bearing penetration tests. The device comprises a test rack, a loading plate, a sample storage cavity, a side pressure loading system, a vertical loading system, a water pressure loading system, a water temperature adjusting system and a signal acquisition and processing system. After preparing of a large-size rock sample containing a rectangular cavity and a single fracture, thetest device and the test method can be used for researching evolution rules, coupling characteristics and influence factors of multi-field precursor information such as the single fracture surrounding rock stress, displacement, fracture, seepage and temperature in the water inrush process at different excavation depths of the rectangular cavity under water-force coupling. The water pressure loading system, the water temperature adjusting system and the side pressure loading system of the test device can better simulate the geomechanical environment of the fault-containing coal measure strataon the confined water, invert and analyze the mining fault water inrush mechanism in the deep confined water stoping working face so as to monitor and early warn mining fault water inrush.
