The method comprises the steps of: receiving a user data updating request sent by a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function); according to the user data updating request, constructing a user database table updating request; and according to the user database table updating request, executing an updating operation on a user database table. According to the method provided by the invention, when the user data saving flow is processed, the user database table updating request is directly constructed according to the currently received user data updating request sent by the PCRF, and the updating operation on the user database table is executed, so that difference comparison between new and old data is omitted, computation resource consumption of the system is reduced, data updating performance is improved, and a utilization rate of equipment and enterprise competitiveness of an operator are improved.
