Abstract

The invention relates to an interphase partition board for a three-dimensional roll-core transformer and a manufacturing method of the interphase partition board. The interphase partition board comprises partition board bodies and stays, wherein the partition board bodies are in a back-to-back structure formed by two right-angle C-shaped frames; and the stays are arranged between the two right-angle C-shaped frames. The method comprises the following steps: preparing paper boards with sufficient sizes and reserving the lengths of the upper end surfaces and the lower end surfaces; removing semi-circular gaps at the positions of the upper end surfaces and the lower end surfaces; bending each paper board into one right-angle C-shaped frame according to the reserved size; and splicing the two right-angle C-shaped frames through the stays and an insulating cement in a back-to-back manner to form the interphase partition board. According to the interphase partition board, the insulation distance between phases of the transformer is reduced; the electrical distances from the end parts of coils to upper and lower iron yokes are reduced; the breakdown voltage of an oil gap is improved; meanwhile, the oil flow of the transformer is unblocked; the dead pocket of the oil flow is avoided; and the interphase partition board is convenient to install and simple to operate.
