Lanthanum can be enriched on the surface of a sample according to specific preparation methods and conditions due to different hydrolysis rates of cerium and lanthanum ions, so that oxygen fluidity of a carrier is increased, oxidation-reduction ability of the catalyst is improved, and catalytic oxidation and decomposition of carbonaceous particles are promoted.
