One end of the adjusting pressure reducing valve is connected with the remote-control pressure reducing valve, and the other end of the adjusting pressure reducing valve is connected with the gas outlet of the main gas storage tank. The first electromagnetic valve is connected between the remote-control pressure reducing valve and the pneumatic motor and is used for controlling the on-off states of the first gas inlet pipeline so as to control starting and closing of the pneumatic motor.
