The stepped transmission comprises a frictionless transmission speed regulator, a first shaft, a second shaft, intermediate shafts, odd-numbered-gear driving gears, odd-numbered-gear driven gears, even-numbered-gear driving gears, even-numbered-gear driven gears, odd-numbered-gear combining sleeves and even-numbered-gear combining gears, wherein the frictionless transmission speed regulator comprises a speed regulating motor or a hydraulic motor, a speed regulator input gear and a speed regulator output gear; the speed regulator input gear is meshed with a driving gear of the first shaft; the speed regulator output gear is connected with the even-numbered-gear driving gears or the even-numbered-gear drivinggears through the intermediate shafts; and through the frictionless transmission speed regulator, the rotating speed of the speed regulating motor or the hydraulic motor is changed, the rotating speed of the speed regulator output gear is regulated, and the shifting between odd-numbered gears and even-numbered gears is completed. The stepped transmission with mechanical uninterrupted power has the beneficial effects that no any friction parts are adopted during the gear shifting process and the stepped transmission with the uninterrupted power is achieved; furthermore, the gear shifting process is completed through gear transmission and switchover; and the impact force during the gear shifting process is eliminated.
