Abstract

The present invention discloses a positive displacement increasing enthalpy compressor refrigerating capacity testing device and method. The device comprises a condenser, a first subcooler, a first fluid flowmeter and a first expansion valve which are connected in order. The inlet of the condenser is connected with the outlet of a compressor to be measured, the outlet of the first expansion valve communicates a flash evaporator through a pipeline, and the gas outlet of the flash evaporator is connected with the compressor to be measured. The device further comprises a second subcooler, a second fluid flowmeter and a calorimeter which are arranged in order. The inlet of the second subcooler is connected into the container in the flash evaporator through the pipeline, and the outlet of the calorimeter is connected with the inlet of the compressor to be measured. The refrigerant entering the second flowmeter is converted to simple liquid phase from original gas-liquid phases, and the calculation of the refrigerating capacity of the measured compressor is performed based on accurate values with no need for estimation by using approximate values, and therefore, the accuracy of the increasing enthalpy compressor refrigerating capacity test is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of compressors, in particular to a cooling capacity testing device and testing method of a volumetric enthalpy-increasing compressor. Background technique [0002] Volumetric enthalpy-increasing compressors (such as two-stage enthalpy-increasing rotary compressors, gas-injecting enthalpy-increasing rotary compressors, air-injecting enthalpy-increasing scroll compressors, etc.), compared with ordinary compressors, due to their high energy efficiency, wide temperature range, The advantages of high reliability are more and more widely used. Therefore, it is of great significance to research and improve the refrigeration performance of this kind of compressor. However, there are certain defects in the current test of cooling capacity, which leads to large deviations in the test of cooling capacity of volumetric enthalpy-increasing compressors, which is not conducive to guiding the high-efficiency development of...
