Three-dimensional lofting method of fairlead steel casting

A fairlead and fairlead technology, which is applied in special data processing applications, instruments, electrical digital data processing, etc., can solve the problems affecting the performance and appearance of the hull, low precision, and the casting is not smooth as a whole, so as to improve the performance of the hull and aesthetics, avoid filling welding construction, and improve the effect of precision

Problems solved by technology

However, the shape developed by this scheme is often not very accurate, and when it is taken to the manufacturer to make castings, the results are often very unsatisfactory (sometimes the castings need to be returned to the furnace for recasting), for example, the overall casting is not smooth, and it is not consistent with the outer plate of the hull. When installing, it needs to use a lot of filling welding to fill the gap between the casting and the outer plate, which directly affects the performance and appearance of the hull

Abstract

The invention relates to a three-dimensional lofting method of a fairlead steel casting. The method comprises the following steps: (A) drawing a two-dimensional line graph of the orifice of the fairlead steel casting according to the two-dimensional line graph of a known profile of the fairlead steel casting; (B) converting the two-dimensional line graph of the known profile and the two-dimensional line graph of the orifice into three-dimensional views; (C) in the three-dimensional view of the orifice, marking the intersection line between the orifice outer edge and the hull shell plate and the tangent line between the orifice inner edge and the cylinder of the fairlead, and drawing the three-dimensional view of the known profile on a position corresponding to the orifice; (D) fairing multiple surfaces spaced between the intersection line and the tangent line by using a three-dimensional network to obtain a stereo three-dimensional network fairlead steel casting graph; (E) drawing the three-dimensional view of a to-be-obtained profile on the three-dimensional network fairlead steel casting graph; and (F) converting the three-dimensional view of the to-be-obtained profile into a two-dimensional line graph. In the invention, the lofting and spreading precision of the fairlead steel casting can be improved, thus the casting is fairer, and the hull beauty is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ship component lofting, in particular to a three-dimensional lofting method for fairlead steel castings, which is suitable for lofting various fairlead steel castings. Background technique [0002] For a long time, the lofting and unfolding of the fairlead steel castings of the hull has been a complex and inaccurate work. It needs to obtain the dimensions of multiple sections of the fairlead steel castings for lofting and unfolding to ensure accuracy. [0003] In the prior art, one method of lofting and unfolding of fairlead steel castings is: first give the size of one or two sections, that is, give the size of the known section, and then calculate other requirements based on the size of the known section. The size of the obtained section is calculated to develop a myopic shape as the section to be obtained, and then the aforementioned known section and obtained section are given to the manufacturer for casting. ...
