The delay unit module comprises a delay chain which is composed of a plurality of delay units, and the power supply; the delay unit module further comprises a power supply fluctuation detection unit and x switches, wherein each switch is respectively connected with x delay units in the delay chain in parallel; the power supply fluctuation detection unit is used for detecting fluctuations generated by the power supply, and transforming the fluctuations into x channels of control signals; and the x channels of control signals respectively control on-off of the x switches. The delay unit module not affected by the power supply provided by the invention solves the technical problem that the existing delay unit is greatly influenced by mains voltage fluctuation; the delay unit module adopts the power supply fluctuation detection unit to detect the power supply fluctuations and transform the fluctuations into the control signals, after that, control the on-off of the switches which are connected to the delay unit in parallel, so as to offset the influence due to the power supply fluctuations by adjusting the number of delay units in an extended chain, and a delay unit not affected by the power supply can be obtained.
