The rocket storage container monitoring system comprises a rocket storage container pressure monitoring system and a supplement pressure control server, wherein the rocket storage tank pressure monitoring system is used for collecting pressure signals of rocket storage containers all the way, forming pressure data, uploading the pressure data through a CAN bus, receiving issued control data and executing pipeline on-off actions; and the supplement pressure control server is used for centrally monitoring, displaying and storing pressure data sent by the storage containers and forming and issuing the control data. The monitoring process of collecting, processing, transmission storing, displaying, controlling and feeding back of pressure states of the storage containers in sea transportation is achieved. Real-time feedback of the monitoring process is achieved, and the safety and reliability of the rocket sea transportation process are guaranteed technically. A reliable layering monitoring system can be formed at any time according to needs of a transportation scheme to flexibly adapt to the form change process caused by improvements of carrier rockets for civil use, and the improvement cost and difficulty of a signal monitoring system can be effectively lowered.
