Problems solved by technology

In general, considering that the interior of the cable tower and the cables are non-combustible materials, the current cable-stayed bridge structures do not have fire protection facilities
But in fact, there is still a possibility of fire on the pylon
For example, on October 29, 2014, a fire accident occurred on the Chenzhou Bridge in Hunan. The cause of the accident was that the construction personnel inside the cable tower caused the accident due to welding slag falling during construction. Four stay cables were blown, causing serious economic losses
[0003] In fact, due to structural and material problems, the cable towers and cable stays are vulnerable to fire erosion. Once a fire occurs, the high temperature will cause the anchorage of the cable stays to deform and the clips to fail, so that the cable body will slip, causing the tragedy of bridge destruction

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0018] Such as Figure 1~2 , a fire extinguishing system at the end of a cable-stayed cable tower, including a spray fire extinguishing device and a control device. Such as figure 1 As shown, a water tank 1 is arranged inside the cable tower, and the water tank is fixed on the top inside the cable tower, so that the water in the water tank 1 flows out. The bottom of the water tank 1 is provided with an outlet pipe 15, the inlet end of the outlet pipe 15 communicates with the water tank 1, the outlet end of the outlet pipe 15 is provided with a water outlet main pipe 16, and the outlet end of the main pipe 16 is provided with a plurality of branch pipes 17 connected thereto. Such as Figure 1~2 As shown, there are two branch pipes 17 in this embodiment, which are mainly arranged according to the distribution of the stay cables on th...

Abstract

The invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, in particular to a fire extinguishing system for a stay cable tower end. The system comprises a spraying fire extinguisher and a controller, wherein the spraying fire extinguisher comprises a water tank fixed inside a cable tower; a water outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water tank; the inlet end of the water outlet pipe communicates with the water tank; a water outlet main is arranged at the outlet end of the water inlet pipe; a plurality of branch pipes communicating with the water outlet main are arranged at the outlet end of the water outlet main; a plurality of nozzles directly facing stay cables and cable tower anchorage points are arranged on the branch pipes; the controller comprises a ball valve mounted on the water outlet main and a control cabinet used for controlling the opening-closing of the ball valve; and the ball valve is electrically connected with the control cabinet. According to the system provided by the invention, the comprehensive and detailed fire-fighting design is adopted for an anchorage area of the stay cable tower end, so that a fire disaster can be effectively prevented from occurring in course of both bridge construction and post-stage operation. By utilization of the control cabinet, a smoke signal is acquired, a spraying instruction is issued, fire is automatically and timely extinguished, and the fire disaster is prevented from spreading and endangering the bridge safety.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to fire-fighting facilities, in particular to a fire-extinguishing system at the end of a cable-stayed cable tower. Background technique [0002] The cable-stayed bridge is a very common bridge structure in modern bridges and has many advantages. The upper ends of the stay cables of the cable-stayed bridge are usually anchored on the tower, and a fixed structure is arranged inside the tower to fix the stay cables, so that the weight of the bridge can be stably transferred to the tower. Generally speaking, considering that the interior of the cable tower and the stay cables are non-combustible materials, no fire protection facilities are installed in the current cable-stayed bridge structures. But in fact, fires may still occur on the tower. For example, on October 29, 2014, a fire accident occurred on the Chenzhou Bridge in Hunan. The cause of the accident was that the construction personnel inside the cable tower caused the acc...
