The total heat exchanger comprises an inner circulating assembly, a body as well as a heat exchange core body and an air filter assembly arranged in the body, wherein the body comprises a fresh air inlet, a polluted air outlet, a fresh air outlet and a polluted air inlet; the heat exchange core body comprises a first heat exchange air flue and a second heat exchange air flue; one end of the air filter assembly communicates with the fresh air inlet; the other end of the air filter assembly communicates with the first heat exchange air flue; when the total heat exchanger is in a first state, a third end of the inner circulating assembly communicates with a first end of the inner circulating assembly, and a fourth end of the inner circulating assembly communicates with a second end of the inner circulating assembly; and when the total heat exchanger is in a second state, the first end of the inner circulating assembly communicates with the second end of the inner circulating assembly, and the first end of the inner circulating assembly is disconnected from the third end of the inner circulating assembly.
