The method comprises the steps of acquisition of an electric fluid sample in the running electrical equipment and constant-pressure transfer of the electric fluid sample in the running electrical equipment. Discharging of non-circulating electric fluid, cleaning of a sampler and acquisition of the sample can be achieved by means of a micro water analysis and acquisition device under the condition of air isolation. Positive-pressure transfer of the acquired sample from the sampler to a micro water analysis and injection device can be achieved by means of a matched constant-pressure transfer device. The whole process from sample acquisition to analysis completion is conducted under the condition of air isolation, so that the representativeness of sample acquisition and the accuracy of result analysis are guaranteed.
