Abstract

The invention discloses a space vector based control method for a five-phase dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor. The control method comprises the steps of measuring the rotary speed and the output phase current of the motor; calculating two voltage components of the target voltage vector under a static coordinate system according to the rotary speed and the output phase current of the motor, wherein the target voltage vector is the voltage vector which is disappeared from the output voltage after one-phase open-circuit fault of the motor occurs; determining the section regions of the target voltage vector according to the two voltage components; determining non-disappeared voltage vectors, and dividing the non-disappeared voltage vectors into large vectors, intermediate vectors and small vectors according to the magnitudes of the amplitude values; screening qualified voltage vectors from the non-disappeared voltage vectors; and synthesizing the target voltage vector by the qualified voltage vectors and the zero voltage. The control method provided by the invention gets rid of dependence on the accuracy of motor modeling and reduces interference from high-order harmonics; and meanwhile, the control method has the advantages of smooth and flexible control and high response speed.
