The water-soluble dietary fibers are capable of improving an intestinal microenvironment to benefit growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria and slowing digestion of food in gastrointestinal tract to alleviate sharp rise of postprandial blood sugar. Due to addition of the apple powder and the hawthorn powder, taste improvement is realized.
