Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the precision casting process and the sand casting process are combined; the precision casting technology for the small castings is achieved; meanwhile, in the moulding shell calcination process, a temperature-gradient calcination method is adopted; a formed shell mould is high in strength; the obtained castings are good in compactness, stable in dimension and small in form and position error; and meanwhile, after being recycled, wax mould raw materials can be reutilized, the raw materials are saved, and production cost is lowered.
