The vacuumizing lampblack discharge device uses auxiliary steam of the ocean platform for extracting lampblack of a main oil tank of a lubricating oil system of a steam turbine generator set; most lampblack is condensed as oily water along with steam to be discharged to an oily water treatment cabinet of a ship body; and less lampblack is discharged out of a main machine room.
