Abstract

The invention relates to the field of radar technologies and particularly relates to the field of phase unwrapping technologies in InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) image processing. The invention provides an InSAR image phase unwrapping method based on a phase difference statistic model. Firstly, a phase difference derivative function and a landform height variation relation expression are utilized to derive an InSAR phase difference statistic model. A phase difference statistic function is utilized to estimate influences of phase change considering system decoherence factors and landform fluctuating change on phase unwrapping. In phase unwrapping, the phase difference statistic model is utilized as a nonlinear constraint condition of least square phase unwrapping, the phase difference extreme value problem before and after unwrapping is replaced by the phase difference integer multiple difference problem before and after unwrapping in the model resolving. The phase unwrapping is performed by solving the integer multiple difference minimum before and after phase unwrapping.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of radar, in particular to synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) image processing [0002] Phase unwrapping method. Background technique [0003] Phase unwrapping is one of the key steps in InSAR data processing. The accuracy of the data processing results directly affects the accuracy of the final data product. However, phase unwrapping is called an NP problem, which is subject to two types of phase decoherence factors (phase noise) The impact of: one is caused by the processing system itself, such as thermal noise, time decoherence, baseline decoherence (because the antenna line of sight is not completely parallel), and the noise introduced by the interpolation algorithm or image filtering algorithm in the image registration process; the other One is the geometric phase distortion caused by phase undersampling caused by the fluctuation of terrain, which causes coherent speckle noise. ...
