The powder blending device comprises a blending funnel, wherein a funnel inlet and a funnel outlet are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the blending funnel; a liquid inlet, by which liquid is injected into the blending funnel, is formed in the blending funnel; the spiral stream guidance groove is formed in the inner wall of the blending funnel; and the stream guidance groove, from the liquid inlet, drops to the funnel outlet of the blending funnel in a spiral form. The powder blending device provided with the stream guidance groove disclosed by the invention, in comparison with the prior art, can solve the technical problem of an existing powder blending device which is incomplete in blending under the circumstances of a relatively low water quantity and a relatively low water flow velocity.
