The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining N groups of experimental data of a to-be-simulated refrigeration system; carrying out simulation through N groups of actually measured pressure drop data to obtain N groups of simulation flow data and N first intermediate pressure drop coefficients, and carrying out fitting through the N first intermediate pressure drop coefficients to obtain a first pressure drop coefficient; carrying out simulation through the N groups of actually measured pressure drop data to obtain N groups of simulation pressure drop data and N second intermediate pressure drop coefficients, and carrying out fitting through the N second intermediate pressure drop coefficients to obtain a second pressure drop coefficient; determining whether a deviation between the first pressure drop coefficient and the second pressure drop coefficient is less than a preset deviation threshold value or not, and if the deviation between the first pressure drop coefficient and the second pressure drop coefficient is less than the preset deviation threshold value, taking an average value of the first pressure drop coefficient and the second pressure drop coefficient as a pressure drop coefficient in a connection pipe; and carrying out refrigeration system simulation on the basis of the pressure drop coefficient in the connection pipe.
