Abstract

The invention relates to a vibration broaching device based on 2D valve control electro-hydraulic shock excitation and a method of the vibration broaching device. The vibration broaching device comprises a hydraulic horizontal internal broaching machine, a 2D valve control electro-hydraulic vibration exciter and a broach. A main oil way connected with a main oil cylinder is arranged in the hydraulic horizontal internal broaching machine. The 2D valve control electro-hydraulic vibration exciter comprises a 2D shock excitation valve and a shock excitation cylinder which are connected in a matched manner. A main oil cylinder piston rod is fixed to an end cover of the shock excitation cylinder. The end cover of the shock excitation cylinder is fixed to a cylinder barrel of the shock excitation cylinder. A shock excitation cylinder piston is arranged in the cylinder barrel of the shock excitation cylinder. A striking rod on the right side of the shock excitation cylinder is connected with the shock excitation cylinder piston and the broach. The main oil cylinder, the shock excitation cylinder and the broach are connected in series, and a 2D shock excitation valve controller circuit is connected with a 2D shock excitation valve servo controller, and a PLC is connected with the 2D shock excitation valve servo controller. The main oil cylinder is connected with the shock excitation cylinder in series, accordingly the main oil cylinder, the shock excitation cylinder and the broach are connected in series into a whole, so that the main movement (namely the broaching direction) exerts the active vibration, and the purposes of reducing the broaching force, reducing tool abrasion and improving the broaching quality are achieved.
