Abstract

The invention discloses a method for automatically detecting a direction of a coder during a static process of an elevator control system. The method comprises the following specific steps of: (1) resetting a counter of the coder by a control system when a motor of an elevator brake is turned on and the elevator brake is in a static state; (2) setting certain torque current of the motor by control system software, generating relative rotary acting force between the motor and the brake, and under the action of the rotary acting force, enabling materials of the brake and connecting parts thereof to generate fine elastic deformation as a result of a manufacturing process and materials of the brake and the connecting parts thereof; and (3) judging a correct direction of the coder according to a plus and minus sign of an existing pulse counter and a rotary direction of set current, thereby realizing the function of automatically detecting the direction of the coder by the control system under the static state that the elevator brake is not turned on.
