The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that index numbers of all triangular patches including cutting path points are recorded; whether the newly-generated model vertex is located in a certain triangular patch or not is judged, wherein whether the newly-generated model vertex is located in the recorded triangular patches or not is judged through traversal, and the index number of the corresponding triangular patch is recorded; the relationship between the newly-generated model vertex and a vertex of the triangle where the newly-generated model vertex is located is calculated, if the model vertex is located in the triangle, the relationship between the vertex of the triangle and the newly-generated vertex is calculated, and if the model vertex is not located in the recorded triangular patches, the relationship between the model vertex and the vertex of the triangle is calculated through projection points of the points in the plane; the relationship between the texture coordinates of the newly-generated model vertex and the texture coordinates of the vertex of the corresponding triangular patch is calculated, and then the texture coordinates of the model vertex can be calculated.
