Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal scheduling method capable of reducing the wake effect for the inside of a wind power plant. The optimal scheduling method comprises the following steps: 1, building a calculation model for the flowing relevance between wind generation sets in the wind power plant to calculate the lowing relevance between the wind generation sets in different wind directions; 2, building a wake distribution model of the single wind generation set under different operation working conditions and wake superposition models of the multiple wind generation sets under different operation working conditions; 3, obtaining a wake distribution model in the wind power plant according to a calculation method for the flowing relevance between the wind generation sets and the wake superposition models so as to calculate the wake distribution in the wind power plant; and 4, performing optimal scheduling on the operation working conditions of the wind generation sets in the wind power plant by using a multi-intelligent-body method via taking each wind generation set as an intelligent body. Therefore, the wake effect in the wind power plant is reduced, and the output efficiency is increased.
